Dont be fooled by bait and switch carpet cleaning in Phoenix Arizona

Choosing Arizona carpet cleaners solely by price doesn't work. Many homeowners have found out the hard way that the low price they saw advertised was not the amount they where actually charge. You see, some unethical carpet cleaners in Arizona and other states advertise an incredibly cheap price usually between $4.95 and $9.95 per room with no intention of actually delivering on this offer. Instead, they use it to get in the door, where they use all sorts of high pressure sales tactics to increase the bill, such as
  1. Explaining that the quoted price was meant for some types of carpet that the customer doesn't have or only includes basic hot water or steam cleaning, and that really isn't adequate because.....so you need this other kind of special chemical ....which is more expensive.
  2. Selling add-on after another, with an extra charge for everything from moving furniture to special pre-treatments to removing each individual stain to applying watered down scotchguard protectant, and on and on .
  3. Even doing a demonstration of an add-on service that leaves a cleaner spot on the middle of the floor, forcing the customer to have it done to the entire carpet!
The truth is .......when we invest wisely, we get what we pay for. You don't have to spend a fortune to keep your carpet up. Just get the best value for your investment and don't be afraid to ask questions! Here are a few good ones that i suggest you ask:
  1. Exactly what does your advertised service include and what constitutes extra charges?
  2. Will you be using a truck mounted hot water extraction cleaning system?
  3. What type of training have you or your technicians received?
  4. How long have you been in business?
  5. Who will be performing the actual cleaning in my home ?
  6. What kind of guarantee is offered with the cleaning ?

  1. In trying to evaluate the best carpet cleaning methods, remember that one method may work better than others, depending on the type or kind of carpet being cleaned. Dry carpet cleaning methods may work well for most carpet made from natural fibers that cannot withstand much moisture. Traditional carpet cleaning methods include hot water, steam cleaning or carpet shampooing and work best for carpets made from man-made fibers such as polyester or Teflon-coated fibers. It is also important to consider whether or not you will be doing the cleaning yourself or hiring a professional to do the job. For more details visit Daytime cleaning.
