There are many carpet cleaners out there that need education. There are many customers out there that hire a guy or company that cleans carpet, tile or upholstery that is not educated enough to be in a van or a customers home. The customer hires the person on just price alone and never checks to see if they are trained properly. THIS IS A BAD IDEA. This person should not have been in a home cleaning. When you take a class on cleaning and our educated by the IICRC that is one of the first things they show you is to stay away from the home and park as far away as possible. Just be glad this guy didn't come to your home with you inside.
