LVT or luxury vinyl tile is a cheap way to get a good looking floor. The LVT comes in many forms and styles. Some of the styles look like real wood flooring just not as much money. LVT must be installed over a perfectly flat floor. If the sub straight or concrete is not level the flooring will show and you will see it. So before installing LVT make sure your floor is flat. You can either float or grind the floor to get it right. Make sure when you hire a installer they really know what they are doing or you will be in a mess.
